Worst company I have ever dealt with. Discovered that the worktop has chip and contacted them and they are blaming me for the damage and coming up with all sorts of excuses. The person I spoke to called Vinnie is rude and prefer to argue rather than trying to help. Looking at the reviews here its clear this company does not stand by its products. Avoid!!!

It took PWS 3 months to address our complaint and when they did, their surveyor called Sam Jurgens went back on our agreement to replace all the unit doors and told a pack of lies in his report.He made his report based on assumptions rather than proven facts, he said the house was damp and moisture from the walls and stone floors had perished the kitchen units and construction work was going on because I was landscaping the garden!. He said the faults were caused by us. if he had took a damp meter reading, he then would have realised there was no damp. If he had asked me , I would have told him that the house is 12 years old , well insulated with suspended floors but has been built traditional style, so he thought it was a few hundred years old. My supplier ordered our 1909 kitchen in July 2021 from PWS Distributors and through supply and quality issues which consist of poor paint adhesion, the painted rubs off the doors easily and has bubbled, cracked doors, split corner posts and side panels,the kitchen remains unfinished to this day 29th Jan 2023. it was only a couple of months ago that the dishwasher doors arrived which were cracked and poorly painted so could not be fitted and it would take many more weeks to replace them, which would mean that we have waited nearly two years. Apart from the doors which are hardwood everything else is made from MDF which is not waterproofed and parts such as plinths, corner posts, end panels have swollen and cracked.All I knowvfrom my supplier is PWS are considering manufacting particular parts which are susceptible to damp from hardwood which is some way off and so is resolving the paint issues.This does not help our situation. We have suffered long enough and want our money back becuase there is not an end insight and we will be waiting many more months.

STAY WELL CLEAR !!!!!!!!!! pws 1902 of this company i only received half the kitchen 13 doors out of 23 wrong or damaged and still waiting as some items have been sent the wrong colour again by far the worst company i've used with in 30 years in the business. the two last pics show a few of damaged and wrong items, the other the state were living in 7 weeks later for a kitchen that should of taken a week to finish
