I love this studio! I was never big into yoga, and when my friend and I decided to try out this studio, it made me fall in love with it. I have a totally different appreciation for yoga. Marlene, Sarah and Karen are all amazing teachers and each bring a different aspect to the classes. They know everyone by name and really do make you feel like a part of the family, and that they truly care about your health and your progression. And now even my 5 year old daughter enjoys yoga and has been attending the Yoga 4 Kids sessions by Ashley. I would definitely recommend this studio!

Fantastic yoga studio! Marlene and instructors are warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. My fitness level has improved dramatically with their support. Love the balance of yoga, weights and hiit training all offered in an amazing variety of classes. Marlene is always updating her knowledge through specialized training so she can offer a unique variety of experiences! Cant say enough about fitwithin 👍!

FitWithin is an incredible yoga studio. I have done a lot of yoga over the years but nothing compares to this place in terms of the level of detailed and qualified instruction. My fitness level has improved dramatically since coming here. The teachers are so good plus they are kind and very caring. If you have an injury or body issue, they always include modifications to every exercise or pose so you can take care of your ailing body parts. There is a wide variety of classes from gentle to very active to suit all needs. Marlene, the owner, is always available to help with any issue that might arise. She is so thoughtful, kind and very innovative. Marlene and her team have created such a warm and nurturing environment there. One always feels like they're part of an extended family!
