The Move Room

I love the move room. :) I got a membership a couple months ago and have loved going to classes multiple times a week. I love the variety in both types of movement and level of difficulty. The instructors are excellent and each bring their personality to the class -- which I love. I consistently have fun and feel stronger.

I love the atmosphere at the move room. The teachers are kind and knowledgeable. Always willing to take a moment to explain a movement or tell you about something up and coming at the studio. I love the community around Ottawa street and the move room it’s really just an amazing place to be apart of <3

I’ve been going to the Move Room for a couple of months now and I really love it there. The vibes are always super positive and welcoming from all the staff. They have a wide variety of classes and a diverse group of teachers. There really is something for everyone. I especially enjoy Ruth’s classes. She makes her classes accessible for all fitness levels and is positive and encouraging while always keeping things fun. I would highly recommend the Move Room if you’re looking for a super approachable fitness space focused on making you feel good in your body rather than toxic gym culture. Love the Move Room!
