What an amazing experience! Five Petals Spa is beautiful, welcoming, and the staff is wonderful. They recommend you arrive 30-15 minutes early, which was very nice because it really added to the whole experience. The front desk assistant kindly showed me around the spa and invited me to relax in my robe in the waiting area (with complimentary tea and water!) while waiting for my masseuse. The waiting area was very comfortable and peaceful, the space really prepares you to feel relaxed before your massage! My masseuse was named Miranda and you could tell that she knew what she was doing. Before the massage, she asked me what I would like to focus on today and I told her my neck was feeling very tight and my leg muscles were sore from working out. She listened to me and was very in tune to what my body needed right away! Miranda let me choose an essential oil to use during the massage and that was such a great addition to it! After the massage, she gave me great advice on how I can stretch my body and take care of it. It is clear that the staff at Five Petals are very educated on the muscles of the body and how to release tension in them. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience!!

Absolutely amazing resort spa. Angelia, the GM was super accommodating with our ever changing needs, and was only concerned with our satisfaction. Karen , our therapist, was outstanding. Knowledgeable and strong hands! Superior customer service!!! Highly recommend.

Coming from California where spa and massages are roughly all the same, I highly recommend this one. It deserves 5 stars for the setting, how relaxing the wait room is with the unique and incredible view as well as for their masseuses. My wife had a different masseuse than mine but had a similar experience where the massage was different than what is found in California. Lori was my masseuse and she said she incorporates Aztec techniques in her massages. It was refreshing in so many ways and worth it on all aspect, especially after a long bike ride into Zion National Park. Conclusion if you are at the Cliffrose Hotel, make sure to use the spa and book a massage. I highly recommend Lori.
