Specifically requested this service after checking into several for a special event in New Orleans. Choose this company because he was willing to work with us to pick us back up around 2am. As we drove there, he took several calls from clients and made plans to continue working. Not long after we were at the event he texted me to tell me he was calling it a night. This was a difficult event to be picked up from and prices were surging from Uber and Lyft. We agreed to his price and arranged drop off and pick up. He charged my card a day before he picked us up. He was nice enough but not a reliable dependable company. If he was unable to come back he should have arranged for someone else to pick us up. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Was supposed to be met by the driver at our arrival gate that didn't happen had to call and ask we're are driver was and when he got there we were picked up in a uber and the car NOT a luxury SUV like the ad shows. Will never ever use this company again.. lies all lies.

Uses meter for local or specific locations, also has shuttle service to airport and to scenic destinations such as swamp tour or plantations and such.
