Fix Auto Harlow

Overall what a very pleasant experience associated with a sad and sorrry misshap with my wife's car. We took the car to Fix Auto Harlow for Martine to give us a quote to repair the damage. We found Martine, Abbie and their male colleague (hose name I don't know unfortunately) very friendly, helpful and professional. Martine's quote was very reasonable so we went ahead and dropped the car in on 25th November. The car was ready for collection on 27th November so we went to Fix Auto Harlow's reception and spent some time having an enjoyable conversation with Martine and her colleagues. My wife's car was presented to us in lovely condition and we were both very pleased with the work done. Martine had actually gone a little above and beyond the damage that required repairing. so, in summary, my wife and I would like to thank Fix Auto Harlow for a job very well done with a smile on their face.

Car collected on 7th January, estimate for completion given as 21st January, car finally received on 5th February. Communication once delay was evident was atrocious - taking days to get a response. However, response was immediate when they were demanding money, expecting instantaneous payment. Once the car was returned, it had the wrong number plate on the repaired section and had to be sent back. Communication was generally atrocious and operatives were rude on the phone. Would not recommend - we only used as our insurance mandated their use in order to get a courtesy car. Would not use again.

I would highly recommend them for body work. Very polite staff. Well happy with the service. I would love to thank all of the staff worked on my car and helped me get things in place. Also, two members I remember them by name (Nick & Abbie) the most helpful people I ever seen in my life. Will always use you in future. Many Thanks to all of you ❤️ Shady
