If you are researching a company to replace your roof: STOP - you have found them! Before I retired, I was a Quality Engineer (U.S. and Europe) - so I know quality work and customer service when I see it. Shane and Tristen are THE examples of what great customer service should be. The entire crew was awesome to watch - these folks are PROs who function more like a Swiss watch (think Rolex here). The team kept us ultra informed and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. I threw them many curveballs during the project - they never broke a sweat! I picked this company after watching them do one neighbor's roof (a real picky engineer - who they managed to keep very happy), and then they did my next-door neighbor's roof (a perfectionist) - same result. I also found them to be very cost competitive as well. Rare to find a company who delivers at such a high standard in work, customer service, and price. You get what you pay for.

What a pleasure it was to work with Tyler and his crew. We put on a specialized new roof type called Brava and they did an absolutely beautiful job. Tyler took all our calls and responded immediately. He personally came to our property multiple times to make sure the job was done perfectly. As you can see with our roof, we have a lot of peaks and some. They replaced all our copper done area and made it look beautiful. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof. Taylor was amazing and handled all of the payment and follow up and was also very responsive and great to work with. Loved the entire crew. Thank you for a beautiful well done roof!

Our condo association had a fantastic experience with Florida specialty. We are a multi family, 12 unit commercial condominium that needed a complete roof replacement; both TPO and metal. Cody, the owner and Tristan were phenomenal to work with. The communication was exceptional and the workmanship was top notch! This project went smoothly and with excellent oversight. Tristan, who was on site every day , educated our residents as the project progressed, and we all really loved and respected Tristan.
