JonJon BridgeI was hit with a new City of Austin code requirement to get my electrical system inspected and signed off by a State of Texas licensed Master Electrician prior to an upcoming Health and Fire inspection for my small restaurant. It was a challenge to find a Master Electrician who was familiar with this type of inspection, with a couple saying they could (unconvincingly) do it. I was starting to get stressed until I got a call back from Jeff! In a calm cool collected voice, Jeff said "Yeah, we can get that taken care of that for you." After 1 minute of chatting details, I could tell that Jeff knew exactly what type of inspection I needed, so I immediately scheduled an appointment with him for 2 days later. We met up, he did a quick walk through, opened up my breaker panel, asked me a few questions, examined other areas, and informed me of a couple of items on the City of Austin's inspection checklist where I would fail. He also told me that he had the needed materials on his truck and he could knock them out and sign off on my inspection sheet. After Jeff told me how much he would charge me for the extra work, I was pleasantly surprised! It was obvious that I was in a tight spot with my big city inspection coming up, but Jeff was very reasonable with his quote! Long story short, after completing the work and signing off, I realized that this man was 3 things. Reliable, Reasonable and Professional. I will give out referrals on this man for the rest of my life!!!

I am blessed to be his wife and it's no wonder customers love him! A true family man! Wheeen he gets time he does my electrical wishes and is so good for my OCD. I like my plugs perfectly straight and he customizes my lighting ideas! I have often heard of contractors choose the lowest bid just to latter bring him in to do it right. He is always willing to adjust to the customers need.
