They ask for delivery notes and then ignore them. I specified a 5:30pm delivery time, but they showed up at 4pm and got annoyed with me over the phone because I am not home during work hours. What’s the point of the notes?

I have a delivery of medication, which must be kept in cool condition. and the sender put ice bags inside to keep it cold. When I receive it. the ice bag not just melted, the melted water is even hot. it's ruined by your unprofessional delivery. 'same day' delivery that took weeks to be delivered.
