Our driver was patient and courteous yesterday. He arrived at 4:30pm, as requested, to take us to the airport but my spouse arrived 30 minutes late for the trip which made me very anxious. Once we were on our way, there was no doubt that our driver was keen to get us to the airport as quickly as possible. He didn't speed or break any traffic rules and he didn't chat either. I felt safe in the car and he was very professional. We made our flight!

NOT SAFE for the disabled. Do not pay before unloading. They will not give you the opportunity to ensure the cab is emptied. Although the driver initially helped unload, in their hurry, they left without verifying the service completed. When they illegally remove your property, they will gaslight and demand a $30-$50 fee for the return of your property. Departing prematurely is a clear violation of Strathcona County Vehicle for Hire Bylaw (Bylaw 24-2021), specifically the Code of Conduct for Drivers 19(1)(a), 19(1)(e), and regarding the return of property 21(1)(a), 21(1)(b).

I just took a ride from yellow head highway to bethel transit few minutes ago. The guy was asking me if I speak Hindi. I said no. Although I can’t speak I can understand hindi. At the middle of the ride he was asking another guy on the phone how much he should charge for a 13 km drive and other guy on the phone said 25 dollar but this guy charged me 30 dollar. But that’s not even an issue. After that in the middle of my ride he asked me to pay and I said I will pay once I reach my destination. Then he was speaking bad about me to the other guy on phone in hindi language. I could clearly understand that. I really felt like crying but didn’t say anything since I was scared the way the driver reacted. I will never take ride from this service.I should have asked drivers name.

I have booked Taxi from Fort Saskatchewan to Edmonton midnight and the driver arrived on time as requested. I was unable to get a ride because late in the night here is less taxi service but Flat ride Taxi is 24/7 available in Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood which is best thing. When I reach my yard in the mean time driver was also there according to the pick up time and he kept waiting very patiently until I have parked my truck and get into the taxi. I must recommend everyone in Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood to give one chance for their service. There prices are so reliable.
