SabinaUnlawfully charged 4,000 PLN for damage that had been reported as soon as the car was picked up. Sent photos in to the email address given. When the car was returned, the previously reported damage was recorded as “new”. No responses to emails. Customer lines dead. No one reached out to me, card charged illegally! Taking this further for legal action - BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.
Raymond LaiIt's a scam company. Never heard about need to clean outside & inside the car before the car return. Claimed they will charge you over a ÂŁ100 if the car was not clean enough after you return the car! Or you pay extra before you get the car! What a scam company!! At last I cancel the booking, make my family need to find the train back to city center at the might nigh! What a shame of you!

JuanfranPlease, don’t get this company!! After returning the car cleaned from outside and inside, with full tank and in perfect condition, they made out a few scratches. Amazing!!! That could not be even considered scratches! Also, the treatment was awful!! Very unprofessional!! Don’t choose this company under any circunstances!!
