I was spoiled with an amazing 30 min head massage that included neck and shoulders with Siami. Followed by a luxurious 60 minute lower leg and foot massage with Pritam. Both were incredibly professional and very skilled. I highly recommend the spa, the services and the practitioners!

I prioritize quality service and value for my money, and this place exceeds all expectations! The staff is not only skilled but genuinely attentive, making every visit a delightful experience. And I can’t resist mentioning the in-house café— their cappuccino is a must-try! * To be clear, I’m writing this out of appreciation, not for any compensation. I’ve had such wonderful experiences here that I had to share! 👏👍 Zarir manages this fantastic establishment. Mahesh is the onsite manager and is absolutely professional and I like that he is not pushy abt their services. I’ve indulged in several services: 💅🏻 Gel Extensions - RAMKUI & Somipam are amazing. Ramkui is a star!! See pics Manicure & Pedicure: Om and Aadesh are absolute rock stars! I struggle with dry skin, and they worked wonders, expertly removing the dead skin from my hands and feet. After two visits, I’m amazed by their consistent attention to detail—my hands and feet have never looked or felt better! 💆🏻‍♀️ Oil Massage: I wasn't planning on a head massage, but when a headache hit, I decided to give it a shot. Navesh came to my rescue, and I was blown away—my headache disappeared, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. ❤️ Hamam Experience and Massage: This was an unforgettable experience! Dmitri is incredibly skilled and attentive, expertly finding and working on pressure points. I was so relaxed that I drifted off to sleep within minutes—it was heavenly. 💇🏻‍♂️ Haircut: Aamir cut my teen’s hair, and I couldn’t be happier. He took the time to listen to what my kid wanted and delivered a fantastic cut. Shout out to Rakesh for a soothing and thorough hair wash that made the whole experience even better! Overall, Florian has become a cherished part of our Mumbai visits, and I can’t recommend it enough. When you have a complaint, they truly care - I had an issue & JUNAID & JASHMINA immediately called to sort out. ANKITA also approached to sort it out & show thwy truly care! 🙏🏽❤️ If you’re looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further!🙏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I visited the Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa for an incredible 7 - Step Korean Hair Spa. Literally had the best time. The place is so clean, their tools are very good and the way they do the treatment is also amazing. Felt so relaxed after the treatment and my hair feels like it has got a new life too! Thank you Aamir and Trupti specially for doing the 7 - Step Korean Hair Spa so well.

My first time at this spa and this is a little surprise packet in the heart of Mumbai. I felt I was sitting in the Goa ‘Snip’. Raaziya at the front desk was extremely cooperative . My massage therapist Chon was brilliant. What a well spent afternoon.
