Desai PelakNot too happy with my experience here (Walkeshwar branch). The staff is polite but they're not really well trained. I had a time crunch and decided to go here. They gave me a bad hand and feet nail touch up (cutting my nails too short), so in the end, the polish looked 'stuck on' my nails and totally not worth the price. I could have done that on my own! Additionally, their blast blow dry does not remove any hair frizz, so one would have to opt for a proper blow dry even if they don't want to. I definitely won't be going back for my nails and in general, prefer going to my regular salons.
Aarti ShahHad a terrible experience for the second time - taken appointment with double confirmation for a face clean up with a particular staff and the moment you arrive that staffs shift has either changed or something has come up. So please be assured if you prefer service with a particular staff else be ready for a shock when you arrive . Would give a 0 for their management staff Ridiculous!!
