Very bad service from Brenda. It takes her three days to give me a car insurance quote. She responds flustered and gives a lot of attitude. She told me she would call me back to give me back the quote Tuesday afternoon before she left the office and she claims she forgot. She came back into the office on Wednesday she never called me back never cared to follow up. So I reached out to find out what happened she said it was my fault that she was waiting for my response which is a complete lie because her computer was giving her problems. Then she admits that she lied and that yes she forgot to follow up with me and that she has other clients. Three days to get a car insurance quote is insane! And on top of all that Brenda wouldn’t let me ask questions, she gets mad when I would ask her a question or wouldn’t let me ask the question at all by talking over me and respond really fast flustered with attitude so she can hang up. She also stated “oh I don’t think you want to pay this,” she was negative from the start all the way to the end. She doesn’t even know whether I can afford it or not. Making comments like that is unprofessional. She’s been nothing but a disrespectful, inconsiderate, neglectful, and irresponsible employee.
Brenda has to be the nastiest, rudest, unprofessional insurance agent I’ve ever talked in my life. And for that, I give her 5 stars. It is good to be the best in what you do! I also highly recommend her if you want to get a headache.
