My insurance company demanded that I get a new roof on both my house and MIL suite, even though I have had work done on them over the years and they were fine. After a bunch of research, I settled on 3 companies, and all came by for estimates. While they were all very similar in price, only FNR offered a 10-year guarantee and also had an air of quality about them that none of the others did (one company was even giving me options and hints that would screw over my insurance company and make it cheaper for me, which I found very unprofessional and distasteful). I decided to wait until after that year’s hurricane season to do the new roof since if anything happened, it would have still been on the insurance company’s dime. Logan couldn’t promise that the price wouldn’t change over the 5 months that we waited, but in the end, it wound up being the same. In terms of the work and team—they were EXCELLENT!!! I always got updates on what was going to happen and very quick answers to many text questions that I had. They protected my brand-new landscaping, house, AC, pool, and so on with more tarps and plywood than I’ve ever seen used at one time. Even my new gutters were treated with care and re-attached when the job was finished. The job was immaculate, and even the inspector remarked on how flat everything was when he came for the final inspection—he told me that lesser companies tend to use cheaper products, and often those new roofs are a bit wavy or lumpy, although they settle over time with the heat. Not this roof—it was flat as could be. He was impressed, which only impressed me more. There wound up being an increase in the total invoice by about $1700, but that was expected as they didn’t know the condition of the wood under the old shingles, and several areas were rotted and needed replacement. But that was all spelled out on my initial contract, including the actual price of any additional lumber if it was necessary. As I mentioned, I’ve had multiple repairs done on this roof in the 13 years that I’ve lived here, and all of those experiences paled in comparison to the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work that was done by Florida Native Roofing. I’ll never use another company again! Stop your search and hire them; they were fantastic all around.

Great experience from start to finish. There was great communication throughout the process and the roof looks great. The team was timely and kept the yard and pool clean. We are very pleased with our new roof.

I’m 24 years old, and so was the roof that we previously had. It was surely long overdue, and after nearly getting ripped off by other local roofing companies.. we had Kyle from Florida Native Roofing come by and put our minds at ease. Never had I imagined the house my Oma & Opa built (and that I practically grew up in) could look so good! It had gotten to the point where our roof was leaking and it was worrisome, but again.. Kyle settled our concerns by sending out someone to come cover our skylight that was dripping during storms (in the meantime until it was time to replace the roof.) When it came to the day that they were to take off the old shingles; it was smooth sailing from there! His whole team was super kind and made the replacement a dream. They picked up every single nail and shingle they removed, leaving no mess whatsoever.. just a simply flawless and satisfying roof. In fact, the final product turned out better than we anticipated. If you’re looking to save money, time, and a headache.. go with the right choice; Florida Native. They simply will change your life. I used to hate looking at my roof and now I’m proud driving past it. I even go outside just to admire it here and there. You won’t regret going with them, I will continue to recommend their company to everyone.. because anyone else I talked to wasn’t even in the ballpark for price and were super pushy. Truly enjoyed the entirety of the experience, and I hope you do so too!
