Florida Roof Restorations

My last Roofer 8 years ago, was not a very honest nor responsible one. Not to mention he never sent the inspector for final inspection. Stephane (Stephan) from Florida Roof Restorations came to our home for a free inspection. Our shingles were rather damaged and loose. Not only he explained everything into detail, in regards to making the claim, and procedures. Stephane made sure everything was taken care of, and he'd update us on everything, especially with the approval from the insurance company. He showed us images of the type of work they do and how they work. Their email said to expect the workers to arrive at 7am. They began working at 6:45am. Tarps were laid out all around the outside of the house for collecting debris. Stephane not only sent me updated photos of the progress, he'd explain what was being done and found. He'd also get on the roof and work. This is a very organized, responsible, punctual, and clean company. After the roof was finished, there was nothing on the ground. Everything was done in less than 48 hours. They cleaned up everything afterwards. We hardly had to do anything, just call to make the claim. I highly recommend this company. Don't doubt! Our neighbor across the street saw what was being done, and requested for their services.
