I moved out of the area 6 years ago and am home visiting friends for a few weeks. I found this studio online and am beyond thrilled. I've gone 6 out of the 7 days I've been here. The studio is beautiful, but the community is so incredibly welcoming and friendly, I am blown away! Each instructor has been awesome in their own way and I am loving the amazing energy the classes offer. I am going to be sad to leave but will always return when I visit. So grateful I found this place-thank you!

This yoga studio is nothing short of amazing! I found the studio in desperation to get back into yoga after a back injury and I have not looked back. The studio space is massive compared to others in the area and extremely clean. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed by all. The entire vibe of the studio is incredibly inviting and not something I have ever experienced before in other studios in Bergen county. It feels like a true community of great people with no judgment. Rachel the owner is wonderful. She is so sweet and extremely experienced in her practice and makes a point to learn who all her students are. Giving relaxing, yet unique and strong classes. I try my best to catch her classes when I can. Erica is also incredible. Her classes are vibrant and fun, while providing a true yoga experience with dharma, guided breath work and movement at your pace. She makes sure to say hello and chat with all her current and new students before every class. I am literally mind blown every time with how personable everyone is. I have also taken Danielle and Josh and both are equally amazing as well. I have never been able to find a studio with multiple instructors I love and I knew when I did at Flow I found my yoga home. This yoga studio is an absolute gem and has given me such an amazing experience over the past few months I am going to classes upwards of three times a week, which I have never done in the 10 years I've practiced. I look forward to every single class. If you are looking for a wonderful experience doing hot yoga, whether it's your first time or you're experienced, make sure to book a class here, you will instantly fall in love and become a permanent member of an amazing community.

Flow Yoga is a warm and welcoming space! The studio is beautiful, with dark wood floors, soothing colors, and a stunning handpainted tree on the ceiling. The teachers are wonderful and highly experienced; all levels of students are welcome in most of the classes...as Jason, the head instructor, says "any class can be for anyone; where you take the pose is up to you, your breath, and your alignment." There is something in the schedule for every practitioner; all different levels of intensity, heat, music, lighting. The passion that the owners and the instructors have for yoga, and specifically for Flow Yoga, is contagious. I love this place!!

Claudia is so kind, welcoming, and warm. She made me feel so welcome and happy to be at this yoga studio. The studio is spacious, clean, and has wonderful energy. Really love this place.
