Awful! find somewhere else to get your phone repaired! I dropped my phone last week and took it to fone revive on fishponds road to get it repaired, the man behind the counter was pleasant & polite and seemingly very helpful. I collected my phone the next day and all seemed well at first although the screen lagged slightly but I thought it was the screen quality for the price I paid for repair but clearly the screen was damaged! Less than 48 hours after I collected it the screen started to freeze & became unresponsive. So I took it back to the shop so it could be sorted however when I got there the man looked at my phone & immediately said I had caused physical damage to it which I absolutely had not caused any damage! The shop assistant was rude & aggressive and when I became upset just started shouting at me. After a heated exchange he agreed to have the boss come out the next day, I met with him & again was met with aggression and rudeness it was only when my partner stepped in that he agreed to fix the screen again for free. I had not caused the screen damage, there was a small smudge on the bottom of the screen from damage caused within the screen clearly not because it had been dropped as the screen was not damaged underneath it was just unresponsive and eventually just went black. The manager told me I must’ve used to much pressure on my phone using my hand which is ridiculous as I am a 5ft 4 lady with a physical disability in my arms so it would be impossible for me to do this. Anyway after returning the next day to collect my newly repaired phone I tried to be polite and explain that I really hadn’t caused the damage, again I was met with hostility and he showed me a photo of the apparent damage to my screen which showed a massive crack from top to bottom it was laughable & clearly done on purpose! When I took it back the screen was just glitching it was not cracked at all. And to top it off my phone was temperature locked for 8 hours, he said there was nothing he could do about that which seems unlikely with it being a phone repair shop so I was without my phone once again unable to call anyone or use any of my banking apps which left me stuck! Luckily the second screen they put on is working well however this was a very upsetting and stressful experience, so think twice about having your phone repaired here!

Best Service Ever!! I got there a little late after I finished work but they were still happy to help out and even stayed behind a few minutes after hours to make sure everything was fixed on the same day. I only went into fix my screen, but he also fixed my charging port for a great price. Seriously the service was impeccable and I highly reccomend everyone uses them as their only phone repair spot. Highly knowledgeble, friendly, and great value for money, its like a new phone!

My phone suddenly wouldn't turn on Christmas eve after noon so I rushed down to the nearest phone shop and they took a look and ordered me a new screen that was the last one in the ware house 30 mins away. They managed to finish fixing my phone in about 40 minutes great service!

Previously I’d been happy with repairs here (and in the town center branch), but this week my husband smashed his screen and had it repaired here. Overnight a line appeared on the screen, so we went back today to let them know we must have received a faulty screen - but they were intent on blaming us. Will not be back and would recommend everyone to go elsewhere.
