When we called Ford Roofing, we dealt with Aaron. He was very professional and helped us through the insurance process. He met with the adjuster, and after them trying to only pay for repairs, ended up proving the shingles was discontinued and got everything paid for. It took them a day to roof. The crew replaced all bad decking and upgraded our shingles. We ended up having them do our ceiling tile and flooring as well.
