First time using this garage, communication was great. Customer service is clearly a valuable part of this company. Happy to have conversations not just about the car, very honest with their work. They even offer a temp car to keep you on the road whilst they work on your car at no extra cost(if they have one free) . This is a rarity and also very appreciated. They are also willing to drop keys/car off in close proximity if like myself are in shift work. Very accommodating and will be back.
Such a great garage, kind staff who go above and beyond to help you ! Everything is priced so well and they do their best to help you with a car whilst yours is in the garage. Things such as dropping a car to you in close range is no trouble for them, main dealers won’t even consider this. For a small garage this is incredible, genuine people who want to help. Couldn’t recommend enough !
