ImeldaI queried about the three boxes I sent in October 11, I was told by Rochelle that it was shipped up the next day. When I queried today Mary told me the concerns boxes are delayed somewhere in Singapore. A friend of mine has shipped two weeks later it already arrived to its final destination. I fully understand that delays happens but when you are spoken rudely unacceptable! Mary is so rude, I was promised by Rochelle that she will give me an update. Nothing! Spoke to this Mary unbelievable customer service is not her strong suit very rude! Her response was “ what do you want me to do?. Really ? Never again!
