Took my Mercedes EQC here for some new rear tyres. Best competitive price found and the team were great. Then a few weeks later I got a puncture in one of the new tyres. The manager was really kind to wave the repair charge at discretion and delivered a friendly service. A good team here, though they are always quite busy, so be a little patient. Will use again.

Absolutely awful customer service. Manager Kevin should not be facing customers, he yelled at staff in front of me, could not and would not answer simple questions about my vehicle inspection. Failed an MOT on a car that has never failed an MOT. Go for servicing and MOT, they first fail you on the MOT add advisories for tire pressure and then pump the tires for the servicing. Will not stamp the logbook unless you remind them to. I still don’t know what oil has been put by them in my car. Avoid at all costs. Clearly I am not the first one and won’t be the last one. Go if you want rude and inadequate customer treatment. Will never go again.

Staff went above and beyond for us after a tyre blow-out on the M25 on the way back from holiday. We needed to be towed somewhere in our motorhome while we waited for delivery of our non standard tyre. This shop took us in, and we stayed on the lot until the tyre was delivered. They had difficulty getting us lifted up to replace the tyre, but persevered at finding a solution. The shop is clearly very busy and so we were grateful at the work put in (which was not really commensurate to what we were charged) and the patience and customer service demonstrated by all staff. Thanks guys

Complete SCAMMERS! They failed my car on emissions and rear brakes efficiency. I then took my car to another garage who verified there was no such issue with my vehicle so booked a retest with F1 Autocentre. The first retest was cancelled due to the “MOT machine being broken” however I wasn’t told until I arrived. F1 then didn’t have a single slot for a retest for 7 days. Upon arriving for the second retest I was told “the MOT tester is sick” by which point the 10 days for a retest had elapsed. Do NOT use. The initial MOT cost appears cheap but they will make up reasons to fail your car and then make up reasons to refuse a retest if you don’t pay for them to fix it. I am an automotive engineer and work for the manufacturer of my vehicle so I was able to catch F1 Autocentre out on this occasion and due to this was able to eventually secure a refund from the head office but a word of warning if you aren’t as mechanically knowledgeable it is very easy to get ripped off by this garage.
