Extremely rare in my experience to encounter a mechanic who is both professional and transparent from beginning to end. I believe the gentleman at Formula 1 was called "Michael" who diagnosed the problem with my Audi Q3 in the matter of just minutes. This is despite a previous garage charging me £690 to rectify a suspension problem, which they compounded further when they failed to secure the drop link. The same garage attempted to charge me a further £800 by assuring me it was now an issue with the vehicles subframe! However, Michael addressed the fault in the matter of 3 minutes.
