Forum Health Coppell is a wonderful clinic. The staff is very friendly and professional. The providers are very professional and very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to female and male hormones. They offer many services, treatments and also have a variety of a top of the line supplements. I have been a patient of Michael Sullivan for over 16 years. He has helped me through pre, peri and post menopause and I am very satisfied. He takes a holistic approach to help his patients along with bio-identical hormones.

There are no other functional medical offices near my home in Keller. (And I have looked!) I drive 20 miles to Coppell....it's well worth the drive for good healthcare!
