Just a guy that has been at every arraignment I have had. It appears no cliental at all but to be waiting for court waste product from a judge or case not eligible for public defender or fired their linn county advocate. Waiting to lie awake in sludge if a brown noser wanting to be as good as his daddy but never will be. Looking like and hoping he gets called to represent by appointment instead of falling into a pro bono situation. This is just a fictional opinionated opinion for entertainment purposes only.

On January 17, 2023, my wife stated she wanted a divorce. I then started the process of securing an attorney and preparing all the documents and actions required by the Court. Davis Foster was the mediator that my estranged wife and I agreed upon. I found Dave to be fair, knowledgeable, and compassionate in his role as mediator. The mediation training suggested many people are skeptical of mediation and those were my thoughts. My ex-wife and I were able to mediate a settlement and Dave's skills as a mediator were part of that success. I highly recommend him as a mediator.
