I've referred lots of people who wanted to make contributions to this group. However, people who have tried to contact them about contributions get no response after repeated attempts. What's going on? After I posted this review, I got a response. Why isn't there an answering machine if there's nobody to answer the phone? Why isn't anyone checking the website for messages? I'm impressed with the goals of the foundation, and I want it to be successful. Being responsive to the public should be important too.

An absolutely ASTOUNDING foundation!!! This wonderful team are making sure the community thrives in the face of adversity, ensuring that even through disastrous circumstances, they lift people up and offer them the opportunity for success. I couldn't be more thankful for their wonderful work, with a special thanks to Tracey and Kristin for working with me, and at times being a personal therapist. I believe the Foundation is critical infrastructure for supporting Southeastern Kentucky. It's a route towards sustainable positive momentum. I believe they have the best intentions to promote locally driven strategies to implementation. They serve as the backbone for local community foundations, minimizing costs and legalities to allow local groups to focus on action.

The Foundation is such a wonderful part of this community that believes in the power of giving to continuously improve the area we call home. The staff are fantastic and truly go above and beyond for this area. We are lucky that they see the work they do as so much more than work!
