Excellent service provided by John helped us realise our ambition to get permission for a new build on an undeveloped plot. Many said we’d struggle, but John’s sensitive design got through planning completely unchanged. Although planning wasn’t a smooth experience, that was unrelated to the design process. John’s engagement throughout was excellent.
