Terrible Hotel – Avoid at All Costs One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Terrible Hotel – Avoid at All Costs We booked an airport transfer for 6 people with 10 suitcases — the hotel confirmed it, then sent a tiny taxi that couldn’t even fit half our group. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We were left stranded at the entrance at night, forced to pay triple for extra taxis ourselves. When we complained, management refused to take any responsibility, blamed us, and offered no refund or apology. The attitude was arrogant and careless from start to finish. Do not stay here. They’re disorganized, unreliable, and couldn’t care less once you’ve paid. There are far better hotels in Kuwait — this one is a disaster.

Had a bit of a hiccup at the start due to a booking error on the hotel’s part, which was frustrating initially. Thankfully, the staff handled it professionally and resolved the issue fairly quickly. The hotel itself is quite nice – clean, comfortable rooms and located in a convenient spot with easy access to the main city and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, which definitely added to the experience. However, if you’re relying on WiFi – especially as a tourist – be warned: it’s a nightmare. The connection is painfully slow and frequently drops out, making it very difficult to use for anything beyond the basics. Definitely something the hotel needs to improve. The room was clean and well-maintained, though a bit of a let-down that they don’t provide bottled water daily, so you’ll need to stock up from outside. On the plus side, breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent spread including fruits, yoghurt, and a mix of Arabic and Indian dishes. All in all, a good place to stay if you’re not dependent on the internet. Would recommend with some caveats.

Hotel was good for the rate. Room was clean and tidy. Only issue faced was the drain in the shower wasn't good so everytime we had a shower the entire restroom got flooded.

I did my pre Widding party in city hotel tower I really want to appreciate all your efforts and very nice attitude and how mush all the stuff are help full The organization and the hall was perfect clean and elegant Food was more than perfect only white cream pasta was sweetened but the stroganoff beef was amazing very delicious Thank you Angeline and all you team you made me proud and felt satisfied was very good experience and joyful night
