I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Nashville for 6 days with a friend, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Customer Service: The service was outstanding prompt, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The staff genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and memorable. Amenities: The pool area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to recharge. Room: Our room was extremely comfortable and had a warm, welcoming feel it truly felt like home. Dining & Drinks: The bar was fantastic. The bartenders (Matthew in particular) were not only friendly and attentive but also crafted excellent drinks that elevated the experience. Overall: A wonderful stay that exceeded expectations in every way. I’d absolutely come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Nashville and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The hotel feels luxurious yet welcoming the moment you step inside. The lobby is bright and elegant with a calm energy, and check in was handled quickly and graciously. Every staff member I encountered was warm and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The location could not be better. Sitting right in downtown Nashville, the hotel is steps from the river, the entertainment district, and many of the city’s best restaurants and music venues. It was easy to explore on foot during the day and still return to a peaceful retreat in the evenings. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was stocked with high end toiletries, and the view of the skyline and river made mornings and evenings feel special. Small details like thoughtful lighting, plenty of charging outlets, and quiet hallways added to the comfort. Amenities at the Four Seasons Nashville are also first class. The rooftop pool and lounge offer stunning views of the city and a relaxing escape from the bustle below. The fitness center is well equipped and the spa provides a tranquil space to unwind. Dining on site was excellent, with fresh and flavorful dishes served in an inviting atmosphere, and the bar is a perfect spot for a cocktail before heading out to enjoy Nashville’s nightlife. Overall, the Four Seasons Nashville combines a prime location, beautiful rooms, excellent amenities, and consistently attentive service to create an experience that feels special. It is an ideal choice for anyone visiting the city whether for business, a romantic getaway, or simply to enjoy Nashville in style. I would gladly stay here again.

We spent a long weekend at Four Seasons Nashville and everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out. We've stayed at a number of higher end hotels in Nashville and this was by far our best experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, meal choices were excellent, the gym was very well equipped, etc. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville. Thank you.

Not impressed. Room is tiny. Location sucks since it is overlooking some amphitheater that had our room vibrating from the bass from whatever concert was happening. You would think they’d give you a heads up about that when you check in. The bar was ok- bar menu could use a change- not great choices. The roof top bar and pool are the best thing about this place. Our room lights were all messed up. Bedside light would not come on, but when it did it went in and out constantly. One outlet in the bathroom wouldn’t work. I have stayed in much better 4/5 star hotels for less. First time at a 4 seasons and will be the last. Very disappointed we dropped over 4 grand for two rooms for two nights for this mediocre experience.
