During my recent stay at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites in Dubai, I was blown away by the level of luxury and exceptional service provided. Located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, this hotel offers breathtaking views of both the Arabian Gulf and the city’s skyline. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who made sure my check-in was seamless and my every need was anticipated. The suite I stayed in was spacious and elegantly designed, blending modern comforts with touches of traditional Arabian style. The large windows offered panoramic views of the sparkling waters, and the plush bed provided ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring high-end toiletries and a rain shower that added a touch of indulgence to my stay. The hotel’s dining options were outstanding, with a range of world-class restaurants offering a variety of international cuisines. The all-inclusive experience made every meal a delightful adventure. The hotel also offered an array of leisure activities, from the private beach to the wellness center, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Hi my name is Rosie I am 10 years old and I visited the Rixos the palm hotel. The Rixos palm was the most outstanding experience I have ever had. From when I arrived to when I left all services were brilliant. Any problems were all sorted. From helping us get sunbeds to cleaning our room every day. We were lucky to get an upgrade, and the services were excellent 👌 every place was spotless. There was cleansers in every toilet, making sure every thing was tip top. The view from the hotel was clear and beautiful. 🤩 I was amazed by the quality and the amount of amazing staff creating such a wonderful hotel. The location was amazing except from it was at the end of the palm so when we had to go somewhere it was all around the palm. But the view made up for it. This was the best vacation I think I have ever had. Definitely recommend and thank you Rixos for this wonderful opportunity.

We loved our stay at the Rixos. Staff were helpful and attentive. The Food was fantastic and the restaurants were amazing - We had no trouble getting booked in but I would recommend that you book them on your first day. Cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. The Gym was fantastic, plenty of kit available with a good range of dumbbells and cardio equipment. Our only little niggle would have been regarding the entertainment, this wasn’t very good, we felt in comparison to the rest of the hotel it let it down. However, we would not hesitate to go back to the Rixos.

Lovely week. Good food and service across the hotel. Italian restaurant our favourite. Special thanks to ‘Dinu’ in the gardening/cleaning team who helped our little boy get his lost ball back from over the wall with his rake! No real negatives. Would love it if they did a dairy free/vegan/option or an ice lolly in the ice cream cart, but they catered at all the restaurants for lactose free milk etc.
