The whole process was smooth and professional throughout, and they also worked very hard after the sale had been agreed to move everything along to completion. Their communication is excellent and it's clear that they take great pride in their work.

I’ve contacted Robinson Reade several times regarding a property and found the experience very frustrating. Despite having significant funds available and more than enough to meet any standard affordability criteria, I was told that I didn’t qualify. Communication was poor, and after waiting a week for updates, I was eventually told the property had already been taken. Overall, I felt my time was wasted and the process was handled unprofessionally. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend them. *UPDATE* I’m disappointed by the reply I received from the company. Rather than acknowledging the issues I raised, the response was argumentative and included statements that were simply untrue. Normally, when a business replies constructively and genuinely apologises, I’m more than happy to update my review to reflect that. However, the tone and content of this response showed a complete disregard for my actual experience. As some friendly advice to the company: a sincere, accurate, and non-defensive reply will always go a lot further than trying to rewrite events. Because of the nature of their reply, I will be keeping this review at one star.
