The city of Pasadena signed off on the final inspection The first time, no corrections had to be made. 5. After getting several quotes from various local and bigger roofing contractors, it was clear that Francisco's roofing was the way to go. I work at a local non profit, and I found Francisco's because they donated bottled water during the Eaton Fire. I'm glad I remembered them, because they were the most competitive price and they did a great job with the same quality materials. They started at the promised date completed on time even though there were some extra surprise issues with my older home's construction. I highly recommend their services!

5 Star review, great workmanship and communications Our house is a 4 bedroom, one story. After reviewing the online reviews, we asked three roofing companies to provide quotes, each laddered the roof, took measurements, and Francisco's Roofing came in with the best price, with the better layer look shingle in light color for solar reflection, and provided a full scope of work and timeline that was better defined than the other bidders. For the house, covered patio, and detached garage, we hired Francisco's Roofing Inc. to remove the old roofing shingles, replace damaged wood facial boards in 4 locations, install two new tinted skylights, install new shingles and install seamless rain gutters. They pulled the city permit under their California contractor's license, and went to work, first day with seven-man crew, pulled off the old roof and hauled away all of the old material. Francisco would text / call me ahead of time to lay out the tasks for the day, always keeping us updated. The crew cleaned up at the end of each workday. There was two city inspections, before roof install and final inspection, both pass with flying colors, no issues. The crew all wore logo shirts for identification, a porta-pottie was brought in for the crew, so they did not have to come into the house to use the restroom, which the other bidders did not do. In closing, Francisco's Roofing is highly recommended, they stuck to their quoted bid with no extra costs, are very responsive and communicate, go above and beyond in performing the work, proud to show their workmanship, especially around the flashing for the both the chimney and skylight areas, are respectful of our home and dog, cleaned up after each day, the job was completed within the quoted time, and best of all, the roof passed with the recent rain storm before Thanksgiving, FIVE STARS!!
