Right from our initial meeting, we felt very comfortable with Serge. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a home, and to walk us through many aspects of the purchasing process that were unfamiliar to us as first-time buyers. We were very picky in our house hunt and it took us a while to find a place we liked, but Serge was happy to work at our pace and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was super responsive and always on top of things. Most importantly, we had no doubts that he was looking out for our best interests and that we could trust his advice. On a side note, we also learned a lot from his monthly Market Update videos on his very entertaining (and wildly popular) YouTube channel.
