It has been nearly 2 years since I had Frankfort Electrician come by and fix my electrical gremlins. My lights would flicker on and off in the cold weather. The breaker contacts were arcing very badly to the point of nearly melting themselves. The electrician Nate did a very detailed job in the new installation and at a price that doesn't break the bank. In my 2 years since I have not had any issues.
