Scheduled Maximum to pick up and deliver my wedding cake and they never showed up to pick it up. Caused a last minute scramble from family to get it there on time. Never heard a word from them. Will not use again and would not recommend for anything important or time sensitive.

I wanted a parcel delivered for Victoria to Courtney. I called on November 28 and the lovely receptionist was so friendly and accommodating as I arranged to have the package picked ups from my house. I chose this Company as they are local and the fact they has offered to pick up and deliver donation cheques to local Charities during the Postal strike. I wanted the pack delivered the following day and agreed to the delivery price. I was disappointed when my friend notified at 6:30 pm on the Friday that the date sensitive package had not arrived. Their office was now closed until Monday. I called Monday morning and received an apology and that it was being delivered that morning and there would be no fee. I received a call late morning to advise the package had been delivered. I try to 'shop local' and was so impressed with this Company providing excellent customer service even when dealing with a complaint. I would always use Maximum Express Courier in the future when I needed this service.

Christmas Spirit 🙏 . A touch of human compassion. Watching CFAX and Maximum Express is picking up toys and cheques from donors and delivery them to the foundations for Christmas because of the Postal Strike. The owner is being interviewed and he said that no child or person should be left during this time. Amazing.

Fabulous company. The driver today (Justin) was amazing. He went out of his way to help me get my package and was so nice about it. Also the girl at the office (Rachel) was a pleasure to deal with as well. It's so rare to find this kind of customer service anymore. I highly recommend them!
