Everyone was so helpful and friendly and it was a joy to buy a bike from you. At short notice (contacting you from the UK) I was able to buy a bike for the Peace Ride across America and all done without any stress, professionally, promptly and all done with a smile. I am full of gratitude for helping me so much.
This was my first time at Gregg’s Cycles, and honestly…my first time at a bike shop in over 35 years. The sheer amount of inventory was pretty overwhelming. Logan, greeted me immediately and showed me to the section of e-bikes. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my newbie questions. No judgement, just helpful answers. I accepted a test ride and felt more confident with the info he gave me. I was only intending to browse but walked away with a new e-bike and all the necessary safety equipment. Been riding everyday since. 10/10 would recommend and will return for all my bike needs.
I consistently have great experiences at Gregg’s! The staff are so patient and knowledgeable and really seem invested in making sure that you can enjoy your bike! Chuck was phenomenal and kind enough to teach me how to pump up my tires and answer all my questions. I’ll absolutely come back for any future bike-related needs!
Mixed reviews on here, same as any long-term, well established business. My experience in Spring of ‘25 was truly awesome. All the staff was patient & down to earth. It all felt very genuine and & I had access to helpful insights and advice post purchase. I chose to buy from here for that follow up care, and every staff member I encountered, to me, felt like they genuinely answered my questions with care and consideration.
