I live in Bel Air and have used Freedom Car for rides to and from BWI. Each trip was perfect. Drivers were on time, friendly, professional, and drove safe behind the wheel. They would engage in conversation as much as I did or did not want to. Cars were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Worth every penny in my opinion as the convenience is priceless.

Wonderful experience! Our drivers were so professional, yet friendly. They got to our house a good 10 minutes before they needed to. They refused to let us help with the luggage. Just all around great! Will definitely use them next time we have a need!

Freedom Car Services has the best drivers I’ve ever encountered. I’ve only ever used two others services, but these folks are the REAL deal. They are prompt, professional drivers who also engage personally. The vehicles are pristine. I even changed a reservation at the last minute, on the day of my flight, and they switched it up for me, no problem. So, do yourself a favor- try Freedom Car!

Fantastic experience with Freedom Car--we had a major airline issue and our flight was re-booked to not go into Dulles but to JFK--we called FC and Emily was so helpful, calm and efficient. She was able to arrange pickup at JFK. It was the best feeling to know that when we finally arrived back in the US that FC was there waiting for us. Scott was wonderful and had us safely home with in several hours of landing. He communicated with us as we waited for our luggage and was there as we exited the terminal. JFK is under major renovation and it is not easy to get around there, but Scott had it well in hand. Can't thank Emily and Scott enough! Freedom Car saved the day!
