I came out to LA for the first time ever and chose this hotel for my stay. I am so glad I did. They truly focus on customer service and making sure you have the best possible experience. They gave me a complimentary early check-in and late check-out because I'm a rewards member and was staying during a less busy time. The front desk staff is so professional but also so sweet. One of them let me borrow a permanent marker so I could bring it with me to get an autograph when I was meeting a celebrity at a VIP event close by. The room was gorgeous and HUGE. Was not expecting how big it was when I opened the door!! The cleaning staff were super polite and nice too. I would highly recommend this place if you want a super nice and pampered experience when visiting LA!!

As a professional wedding planner, I have the opportunity to work at a variety of venues. However, the experience I had working with Marvin and the entire staff at the Omni Hotel truly sets a new standard. They were, in a word, amazing. From the moment of arrival, the level of service was evident. The valet staff were super friendly, accommodating, and made a fantastic first impression right from the driveway. Marvin, in particular, went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process for my clients' wedding. His dedication was exceptional; he was prompt with his responses and even took the time to answer my queries on his days off. On the wedding day, Marvin was present and incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was executed perfectly. His ability to anticipate needs and take care of every last detail made my job substantially easier, and my clients were profoundly impressed with the flawless execution. The food was delicious, and truly, everything was perfect. I am so happy with this wonderful planning experience. Marvin, you are the best! I will absolutely and enthusiastically recommend the Omni Hotel for all my future clients' weddings.

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived by the valets, they efficiently took our luggage up to our rooms after we checked in. We had two rooms- one overlooked the California Plaza, which was beautiful with the lights on. The other overlooked the pool area. It was our granddaughter’s birthday, they had put balloons in the room greet her, and set up a nice treat plate of desserts. She was thrilled! Thank you, Omni staff for making it such a wonderful stay!

My stay at the Omni in downtown LA was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the level of service from the staff.| Roberto at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my visit. His professionalism, kindness, warm attitude, and genuine attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. Even going as far as to call up to my room to see if everything was to my liking and satisfaction. It’s rare to see management so hands-on and attentive, and Roberto absolutely set the tone for a great stay.||I also want to highlight Ivan, one of the valet drivers. He was incredibly prompt, friendly, and helpful every single time I needed my car. He made the valet experience seamless, and his upbeat energy always put a smile on my face.||Between the spotless rooms, excellent communication, and exceptional staff like Roberto and Ivan, the Omni exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting downtown LA—truly a five-star experience.
