Amazing customer service from sales having to make 2 trips in one day to setting up and appointment NEXT DAY fora complete house replacement ahead of a severe weather 100 degree week. Thankful for 8 hours of work, 2 very kind workers and a cooling house by dinner. Very competitive prices... update we did have a major install issue after this review. It was repaired 2 days later. Took over 4 hours and was an unnecessary repair that left us without ac for another day after only 24 hours of relief. But the customer service was still pretty good and the repair and service was well taken care of.
