Bianca was helping us and she made this one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. We were visiting from Seattle and she was able to help us ship our order back home. Once we got the package, I saw she even included a personalized note, talking about our experience with her. J DWorst customer service. Rude and provides no service to damaged products. Avoid!! Your long reply is useless. I contacted customer service right after I received the damaged package. They asked me for my address and I replied the same day to provide my address. Then after 30 days, nothing happened. I contacted Fresh again. No response. I’m not wasting my life on this disgusting brand anymore. I advise people who need to be treated with respect to stay as far away from this brand as possible. Also they change the scents of their products randomly, which is very annoying. Basically you cannot expect to received the same thing next time you order the same product. And their soaps are either fake ones with only the surface layer made of soap, or have been stored for too long before being sold.
Lois YWorst customer service ever. I bought their products a couple days ago (Nov 4th)and since I am using paypal, the old address was automatically put in. I contacted them right after I placed the order, and they said they can’t update the address for me since they’ve sent it to ups. The customer service told me to get the package reroute myself after I got the tracking number, HOWEVER, I never get my tracking, which means not my fault cuz I never got the chance to reroute it. And today, I got the email saying the package is delivered (to the old address). Interesting. That’s how you treat your customers.
Andrea AquinesI love fresh cosmetics so I love all the products in this store. The customer service is sometimes great, it depends who is working at the time. I have been there various times and it varies. Sometimes, the girls ignore you and are on their phones. Most of the time they are helpful and attentive. The store is clean and they have a cool station where people can try their products and wash it off in a fountain. The store is not overly scented which I love. I have a good time almost every time I go into this store.
