Dr. Patel was great with the services rendereed...very professional and sociable. He made all visits smooth and comfortable highly recommended you visit for great service and results. Also Jenifer his assistant was great and courteous and efficient. She has a pleasant smile and welcoming which are great traits to have as she's at the forefront of the office.

When I first started going to dr Patel I thought he was a good dentist. A few things I had problems with that made me seek a new dentist. The waiting. I understand if an appointment before you runs a little bit into your time but not an hour and a half to two hours. Once he was literally standing in plain view talking to a female for almost 40 mins catching up, I had already been waiting an hour. I said excuse me dr. Patel, nicely. He actually turned his head , looked at me and continued his conversation. Whenever I went he would be servicing one tooth and really quick would say oh I see a cavity in another tooth and start drilling that one real fast before I gave consent. He drlled my teeth so thin some cracked. Overall 1 tooth would be left undone so I could immediately come back. He also put my child's braces on half ass, the brackets weren't even connecting in the back teeth top and bottom. One of my children said he didn't numb their mouth he just stated drilling, they said it hurt. Dr Patel said be still and take it. That was the last straw. Plus he use to meddle to much in my business, ask to many questions about my personal life. And he kind of talks domineering to women. Even some of the young females working the desk at the time said he's very nasty.

Great experience!! From the start it was so easy to get a same day appointment and for him to work with my insurance. Dr. Patel goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and explains every procedure before starting, he also answers every doubt you have. I have been there for extractions, cleaning, root canals and any emergencies and he always ends up helping me quick and with a fast recuperation time. I have always feared needles or any dental procedure and he always helps me feel calm and finishes my extractions in 5-10 minutes. I can honestly say Dr. Patel and his team are very caring and polite and Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable Dentist. I highly recommend this place and will continue being a loyal patient!!

If I could give Dr. Patel more than 5 stars I would. I have a very high pain tolerance and I had been avoiding taking my wisdom teeth out. I am a full time teacher and with the last couple years with the pandemic- being a teacher is hard to start with and there are no days off. I knew the pain was bad when it started effecting my ability to teach last Friday. My own dentist and previous oral surgeon that was recommended by my dentist would not schedule an emergency appointment. Dr. Patel was so incredibly nice and patient and took the time to make me feel comfortable. I had a really nasty wisdom tooth in an area that was extremely hard to work with. Dr. Patel could have easily told me to go to a different dentist and sent me home with pain- but he decided to stay later and take time out of his own personal time to help me-without even previously knowing me before. He made me extremely comfortable and his assistant was very attentive and kept me calm throughout the removal. She was so sweet and really helped me calm down when I was nervous. I suffer from very bad anxiety- throughout the removal nothing was painful and he made sure to explain everything he did. It is now more than 24 hours after the removal and I feel no pain at all. Dr. Patel was a lifesaver and I recommend him to everyone- especially if you are having an emergency.
