U redu je imati pravila i uvijek sam za postivanje istih, međutim to sto mi nije receno prilikom telefonskog otkazivanja da ce mi se zaracunati penali za odgodu, nije u redu. Radnica se pozvala na njihov cjenik na pultu na kojemu je to javno obznanjeno. Buduci da je ovo moje prvo sisanje, bilo bi u redu da se to napomene novim klijentima u slucaju otkazivanja. Tesko je ocekivati da ce svatko moci prouciti cjenik salona i dodatne napomene o penalima. Da ne govorim o tome kako sam dosla sa dvoje djece i babysitterom organiziranim za svrhu sisanja. Po ovome principu bih ja salonu trebala zaracunati sat bejbisitanja i racun za parking. Customer satisfaction=0 points.
