Don’t bother ….was excited about the opportunity….drove 40mins away ….informed the company that I had to get gas …I was supposed to be at the property at 8:00 got there at 8:15 ….no one was at the location…I called full house … first katy went from “we have been trying to get ahold of the property manager all morning with no luck” and I asked “why didn’t anyone notify me and what should I do?”….Katy instructed me to go home and wait for another assignment ….me being a NEW EMPLOYEE for a company now I have questions ….”why did she leave and didn’t say anything…what do I do in the event that I’m running late (text us…I did even called and got penalized for how many times I called even though my signal dropped 2times and the other 2 times I got hung up on.) ….the last time my call dropped I was on the phone with Katy touching bases she saw that I was confused and asking a million questions and even in a tight situation she gave me reassurance….the called dropped and immediately call back to speak to Katy and I get charlotte and I ask to speak back to Katy …she says no because she’s on the other line I let her know that she was on the phone with me and I really need to finish speaking with her in regards to my employment. She said no and I quote “YOUVE CALLED 6 TIMES THIS IS GETTING EXCESSIVE AND WERE NOT DOING THAT!…YOU ARE NOT OUR ONLY EMPLOYEE!” Please note that I just moved here from Wisconsin don’t know where I am and I genuinely needed reassurance that I wasn’t doing all this for no reason….(meanwhile my phone is on my radio blue tooth and an explicit song plays cuss words not even going along with our conversation) i call back from my business phone and request to speak to Patrick or someone else other than charlotte….a male answers and says no because I called the Charlotte a name and some other words…literally word for word they say the line from THE SONG ON MY RADIO….i tried to tell him …even offered to play the song and the exact line that they both said word for word from a song …NOPE terminated…..that for me alone is genuinely scary …we can call a million times to give u our personal information that u request…but not to genuinely touch bases with our employers….its ridiculous to have proof even after being accused and kinda of taunting to have the person that accused me to call and fire me and I’ve NEVER TALKED TO THIS WOMAN ABOUT ANYTHING. I joined because of Patrick and Katy even in a panicking time I still got my answers …..it’s not worth it and if your iffy from the beginning like I was don’t do it. And to miss Charolette ….there’s other ways of talking to people without constantly telling them “ your not the only one we deal with with …we’re not doing that ….WE HAVE OTHER EMPLOYEES….<—— if your not good at anything in this world it’s reassuring people that they aren’t important in the time of crisis …I don’t cuss love (I’m a child of god and daughter of Yamaya)that’s why ur lie had me shook because this is a lifestyle we practice but the music I listen to doesn’t define me nor does the power of others . Be blessed in your search but please note I’m a firm believer as a FORMER TALENT ACQUISITION …this is by far one of the most unprofessional…irrational…Extremely miscellaneous and suspicious companies I’ve ever encountered in my whole life. I just read the reply to my incident and how you guys overlook things even with proof at hand is ridiculous…not once did I call arguing or yelling ..I called with questions about MY EMPLOYMENT AND HOW TO MOVE THROUGH OUT THE COMPANY… absolutely no foul language came from me …just say ..”ANYONE CAN BLAME YOU FOR ANYTHING IN THIS COMPANY AND THATS WHAT IT IS” and have a blessed day…and please note me finding a job isn’t hard at all …I was still confused as to how you guys found me for a while I thought I was getting scammed which was the right idea all along…PLEASE READ THIS AND READ THEIR REPLY ….once again I’m blessed to be out your way …thank you 😂🙏🏽
