Beautiful airport surrounded by wall of mountains. The runway has some bumps here and there, better be prepared. I recommend you to visit in rainy day, since the rain will wash the grass and mud on your tire on the way back. When I visited, there was no one & no open washroom.

Beautiful grass strip tucked away in Hope! Got the chance to meet and interact with some glider pilots who definitely take their hobby very seriously! Got to see a number of them in action also, very interesting!

Fuelling, turned the pump on it added 42 cents before I started pumping. I entered $200 and it stopped a penny short. Picky but this does not favour the customer it should be similar to other FBO,s Why do you need to enter your tail number? Other fuel services do not require this for your credit card. Suggest they have a recorded message on their phone with runway status and fuel prices. Runway is very uneven.
