I went to the clinic yesterday to do my teeth cleaning and consultation .I submitted all my insurance .She didnt tell me its covering or not .The dental hygienist did all the x ray and everything .Actually i came for just cleaning my teeth ..because my insurance covered cleaning and dental consultation only not x ray .After everything i got a surprise gift fees of 420$..and the receptionist told that your insurance is not covering all these..So i have to pay from my pocket So my request is that Before doing any procedure please tell the receptionist lady to check whether the insurance is covering or not so that the patient can take decision whether to proceed or not .Instead after everything finished she told me that your insurance is not covering all these .you have to pay from your pocket which is not good Overall experience is good ..But this thing so annoying me thanks Retheesh
