Came here to have a family ring remade into two matching rings with a more modern design. When I went into the store I didn’t know what I wanted the new pieces to look like, but they looked at the original ring and recommended a custom design that I hadn’t even thought about. I could see the vision but wasn’t sure what the end products would look like until I picked them up. I was surprised at how quickly the work was done and when I saw them the first time I knew I was right to trust this place. I couldn’t be happier with how they came out!! They took excellent care of a special family piece and turned it into something my sister and I can appreciate every day!

WOW!!! Thank you so much Arthur & team for the amazing service! You guys did an incredible job! Went in to get a couple watches resized & was out within 10 minutes. Honestly so impressed with this hard working family business. Will not go anywhere else for my jewellery. Prices are great as well, highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

My fiancee purchase an engagement ring online from a popular American website. I was very careful with it, but just under 2 months of having it, 2 of the claws broke and the stone fell out. Luckily I was able to find the stone. I brought my broken ring to Garo Jewellers and it was the best decision I've ever made. I had my ring back in less than 2 weeks and its perfect. The claws have been reinforced, it was resized and is just sparkling. I will absolutely return to Garo's for all future purchases (including our wedding bands!) The service was incredible, everyone I spoke to was so lovely and kind. The jeweller himself explained how he would fix my ring, and I had zero doubts that it would turn out beautifully, and it did! This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!!!

Had a lovely experience at Garo. Friendly service. They were able to size my ring the same day and took such care of a prized possession. I was pleased with the service, the price and the final product. I will definitely return for other jewelry repair needs.
