We hired Strombom Properties to handle the leasing on our new construction rental property in Rocklin, CA. Cole and his team offered us a full-service package from start to finish which included professional photography and a 3D video tour for the marketing, listing the property on the MLS and other online websites like Zillow, vetting several tenant candidates, drafting the lease documents for the tenant and assisting with the move-in process.
