Don't trust these con-artists. They will take your loan, and when it is fully paid off, refuse to report it as zero balance to the credit bureaus even if you ask them to. Dealing with a loan shark is less of a hassle.

Terrible customer service. I bet I called them 25 times and I’ve never got to connect to an agent. Currently now on hold for 90 min on speaker phone listening to trumpets being played.

This is by far the WORST finance company I have had to deal with. I paid off my loan and requested documentation emailed to me - a detailed report, a receipt and my letter of release. I was told “we are not a full service bank and cannot do that automatically - you will need to phone back (wait on hold again) and request that. I told them I need it the following day and they said no problem. I phone back and am now told it takes 6 business days minimum. This place is a joke. -10 stars - for the amount of interest they collect they should be able to provide at lease SOME service (which they refer to as full service). Terrible. So glad to (almost) be done with this circus of a finance company.

I delt with Harpreet this morning, she was trying her best to help with my transaction. She went over and above to have all of the paper work processed in a timely manner to which we could avoid any further delays with the processing. I am glad that she took care of me and was able to set my mind at ease. There is more people like her in the world working for each other and i appreciate all of her help. Thank you again.
