Gilpin Roofing! What can I say but, you can’t and won’t find a better team to replace your roof!! I bought a house in VA while I was in Ohio and it of course needed a roof. The first call was to GILPIN! Tina answered (who is the best contact they could have found to help anyone calling! Nice and friendly as she can be. Thought I was speaking to a friend that I had known for years! She got me all set up and handled everything from setting someone up to go out to my new house (which was and is and hour at least from where they normally conduct business) she had someone go out and walk the property and gave me and expert opinion on what I needed. They were dead on the money! Nothing more nothing less. After doing my due diligence I found they again were the best company to go with. Once everything was agreed on they showed up on time and got to work! Jeff, the onsite supervisor was there the whole time and communicated with us the entire day and didn’t skimp on anything. The team got our whole roof replaced in one day! Kinda unheard of I believe! Once the team was finished they cleaned everything like they were never there. No nails anywhere and I never found one after they left! Great job Gilpin! I’ve found the roofing experts forever!! I can’t say enough what a great company and team of people to work with! BTW it was not an easy roof to do. Steep pitch but no match for the team!! Thanks again Giplin!!!

Gilpin Roofing provided excellent customer service from the first phone call with Tina through the end of the project. Geoff Turner arrived early, performed inspection, and was prepared for a thorough presentation on time. Our meeting was professional, friendly, and no nonsense. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent. The entire install team including the Project Manager were professional and friendly. We received a new roof, skylights, and gutter guards. Pricing, installation times, and cleanup were excellent.

My whole experience with Gilpin Roofing was positive from start to finish. The owner, Steve Gilpin, was very thorough. He inspected the roof and gave me some feedback. Then Tina in the office was extremely informative about explaining various roofing terms and easy to work with. The roofers were on time and worked the entire day until almost 7pm. They even covered our pool. They cleaned up everything and ran a magnet over the area twice. The supervisor came back the next day and made sure all was cleaned up and returned my plants to their spots. I had no idea how much went into replacing a roof, but Gilpin had every detail covered. Job well done.
