I should have given this review sooner. I am 51 and I have been seeing Ginger for a year and still see her once a month. I came with a nearly life long lower back pain that I had been ‘managing’ myself with exercise and practitioners since I was literally 10. Over the years I discovered I have some congenital issues, that well you can’t change. My family doctor also an amazing woman said my issue is all mechanical and I need physio to strengthen my back muscles. Which I have heard a dozen times. But…..I never had the right physio. Until I met Ginger. I am in the best shape of my life. I wake up pain free everyday. I know, sounds like a commercial, but it is true. Now that comes with a lot of work on my part. You HAVE to do the work. You have to be dedicated, if not, you’re wasting both of your time. It didn't happen over night. Ginger slowed me down from thinking I could train and work out like I did when I was 30. She taught me how to build strength in a more age appropriate way geared to my condition. I still train, but I train for my age. I am the fittest I have ever been. My example for you all is, every year for the past 8 yrs, I do a multi day back packing trip with my girlfriends. 60+ km’s over 4-5 days with a 50lb pack. I use to take 4 extra strength, thats 1600mg of ibuprofen every morning just to be able to get out of my tent and get moving and complete the day. This year, just a few weeks ago was incredible. One Tylenol in the morning and one at night. That’s it, and that was only to take the pain down in my feet. But, my back, knees, and hips, were all performing like champs. Ginger is real, no BS and wants to help. She is also encouraging and has helped me regain a confidence that I thought I had lost. Together we changed my life.

I have had multiple sessions with Ginger over the last 6 months. She effectively helped me work through my strained back with helpful exercises. She also worked me back to good health after an injury affecting my neck and back. She offers great advice and works with you to continue improving your strength outside of her office. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist!

Ginger is a highly professional physiotherapist. She is attentive, uses her knowledge combined with common sense and is also friendly. Her facility is spacious and comfortable. There have been at least two times in the past two years that she has literally saved me from being crippled. I highly recommend her clinic!
